By using this instance of Forma Converter (the "Service"), you agree to these
terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

## 1. The Service

Forma Converter converts files between PDF, XML, and Adobe InDesign (IDML)
formats. It is provided free of charge.

## 2. Acceptable use

You agree **not** to:

- Upload content you do not have the right to process.
- Upload malware, or attempt to exploit, overload, probe, or disrupt the Service
  or the systems it runs on.
- Attempt to access files, data, or accounts that are not yours.
- Use automated means to send traffic in excess of the published rate limits, or
  otherwise abuse shared capacity.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The operator may rate-limit, reject, or block requests, and may suspend the
Service at any time.

## 3. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Conversions are best-effort and may not
perfectly preserve layout, fonts, or content. **Always verify converted output
before relying on it.**

## 4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and contributors are not
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including data loss or
inaccurate conversions.

These terms may change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
